Mr. Allen Nee is a Chartered Accountant and Partner of the Firm, based in Sibu, Miri, and Bintulu, Sarawak. He brings extensive professional experience in audit, assurance, and business advisory services, with strong exposure to both local and multinational engagements.

Mr. Nee received his professional training with a Big Four accounting firm, where he gained over 10 years of solid grounding in audit and assurance before transitioning into senior commercial roles. He subsequently served for more than 12 years as Financial Controller and General Manager for leading local conglomerates, including WTK Group and Shin Yang Group, providing him with deep practical insight into corporate management, financial strategy, and operational leadership. He later obtained his professional licences and returned to public practice.

With over 15 years of combined experience in professional practice and commerce, Mr. Nee has been involved in a broad range of audit and advisory engagements for listed and unlisted entities, as well as multinational clients both in Malaysia and overseas. His technical expertise includes audit and assurance, taxation consulting and tax planning, business restructuring, and succession planning.

Mr. Nee is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants ("ACCA" UK), a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants ("MIA"), and a Member of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia ("CTIM"). He holds licences approved by the Ministry of Finance ("MOF") as a Company Auditor and Registered Tax Agent.
