Thomas Law is a finance and corporate governance professional with more than three decades of progressive experience in corporate advisory, public sector administration, multinational corporations, and international professional consulting firms. His extensive expertise in corporate finance, board governance, regulatory compliance and strategic leadership, underpinned by a strong foundation in accounting and taxation, positions him as a trusted advisor to organizations aiming for sustainable growth and financial excellence.

He currently holds the position of Executive Director at McPro Advisory Sdn Bhd. leading the Corporate Consulting and Business Advisory and Business Restructuring, where he provides advisory services in financial planning, corporate governance, tax consultancy, business strategy, and organizational development.

Mr. Law previously served for more than 20 years at one of the Statutory Body in Sarawak, where he served as Chief Financial Officer and Board Secretary, until November 2024. His responsibilities encompassed financial management, corporate restructuring, governance compliance, enterprise risk management, strategic planning, and corporate secretarial functions. His tenure was marked by significant contributions to governance effectiveness and institutional sustainability.

In these capacities, he was integral to the corporation's strategic financial management, governance, and corporate secretarial functions, overseeing complex financial operations and board administration. His extensive background in corporate secretarial practice was further honed during his tenure as Senior Finance Manager and Company Secretary at one of the multinational corporations. Mr. Law's foundational expertise was developed at premier global consulting firms, including Arthur Andersen & Co. and PriceWaterhouseCooper (PwC), where he built a robust skill set in financial and management consulting.

In addition to his executive roles, Mr. Law has served as a Director on several public sector and private boards, including the Sarawak Tourism Board, contributing to policy oversight, governance standards, and strategic direction.

He holds professional qualifications as a Fellow Certified Practising Accountant (CPA Australia), Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, and Fellow Chartered Tax Practitioner (CTIM). He earned his Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from Monash University, Melbourne.
