Winnie Chang is a seasoned corporate secretarial professional with over 16 years of extensive experience in corporate compliance, governance, and advisory services. She is a duly licensed Corporate Company Secretary, with her licence granted by the Companies Commission of Malaysia, and is an Affiliate Member of the Malaysian Association of Company Secretaries ["MACS"], she also obtained an approved by High Court of Sarawak and Sabah to act as Commissioner for Oaths in Sarawak.

Ms. Chang completed her academic studies at Systematic University and further strengthened her professional foundation through hands-on experience in legal firms, broadening her expertise in corporate law and regulatory practices. She also undertook practical corporate training with various commercial and professional firms, equipping her with strong technical and operational capabilities before formed MAICA Ventures Sdn Bhd.

With deep practical exposure in advising directors and shareholders on statutory compliance matters, Ms. Chang plays a key role in providing strategic guidance on corporate governance, directors' duties and responsibilities, and shareholder relations.
